The palate is juicy and bright with a vibrant acidity that morphs into light and raspy tannins with an earthy, herbal and slightly floral finish.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch6\u003eWinemaking\u003c\/h6\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Hand harvested; a light crushing is done by foot to kickstart fermentation, which occurs in amphora for 20 days. After fermentation is complete, the wine is aged 6 months in amphora before bottling.\n\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch6\u003eVineyard\u003c\/h6\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e The grapes are sourced from a small, 3.5 hectare plot in Valmaggiore in the Roero. The vineyard is incredibly sandy and gets tons of sunlight.
