Bright and ruby-colored with exceptional clarity in the glass, this Pinot delivers savory aromas of spice, red fruit candy, violets, and earth. Notes of tamarind and leather lead to taut, perceptive tannins and a finish defined by grace and length.

Small lots of organic Pinot Noir grapes were fermented separately in stainless steel vessels. Majority whole cluster. Wine aged on lees for 16 months in neutral barriques and concrete.
