Beautiful golden in color with bright aromas of white flowers and grasses transition into a balanced, full texture on the palette. The long finish lingers with more herbs than flowers and more mineral expression than fruit.
Gently whole cluster pressed then followed by fermentation in both neutral oak and stainless steel barrels. Aged 9 months on lees.
Demeter certified biodynamic Columbia Gorge fruit from Mosier Hills Estate vineyard in Oregon. Undulating across a south-facing ridge, the estate lies within a patchwork of oak and grassland, where cobblestones and glacial sands dominate the landscape. Harvested September 9-26, 2017.
