This wine is refreshing while texturally layered and complex. Notes of lemon chiffon and dried apricot accompany a creamy quality from aging on fine lees, showing salinity and depth.

Very gently whole cluster pressed. Fermented in large format neutral oak barrels and concrete egg. Aged 15-30 months on lees.

Mosier Hills Vineyard was first planted in 2011 and sits across a south-facing ridge sculpted by the Missoula Floods. It lies within a patchwork of oak and grassland, where cobblestones and glacial sands dominate the landscape. Analemma is a Demeter Certified Biodynamic winery.
