While designed to include all of the red varietals they grow on their estate, this multi-vintage expression emphasizes the character of Cabernet Sauvignon. Leading with classic aromatics of herbs and red fruits, this blend reveals notes of cedar and petrichor on the palate alongside distinct tannins.

Elements of this blend were co-fermented while others were picked and processed separately with partial whole cluster fermentation. Aged on lees in various sized neutral puncheons, this wine is comprised of barrels that were reserved in the cellar for up to three vintages. This wine is comprised of 75% 2019, 15% 2018 and 10% 2017.

Mosier Hills Vineyard was first planted in 2011 and sits across a south-facing ridge sculpted by the Missoula Floods. It lies within a patchwork of oak and grassland, where cobblestones and glacial sands dominate the landscape. Analemma is a Demeter Certified Biodynamic winery.
