A petillant naturel wine, co-ferment of 75% Biodynamically farmed Mondeuse from Johan Vineyards and 25% regeneratively & ecologically farmed (following organic, no-till farming methods, but considering ecological systems- not only the macro and micro flora and fauna, but also the microbial biota) Pinot Noir from Morning Mist both located in the Willamette Valley of Oregon.
