A sharp and clean sparkling rosé made from a 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Fresh and lively on a palate full of red fruit and blood orange.

Light pink in color with sharp and elegantly powerful aromatics of red, yellow and white fruit, blood orange and orchard fruits. The palate is sharp and clean with a lovely structure with a tense and fairly long finish that is fresh and lively.
Aged 3 months following disgorgement in November 2015. Aged for a total of 6 years.
