Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied with a lovely creamy texture, the nose is complex and subtly flinty with yellow citrus fruits and peaches, fresh cut hay, hazelnuts and honey toast with white flowers. The palate is very fresh and refined with mouthwatering acidity. Delivers concentrated and focused fruit flavors of warm apple pie, cinnamon stick and crème fraîche with accents of honey, citrus blossoms and toast.
Whole cluster pressed, fermented and aged 11 months in 35% new French oak barrels. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
