This wine presents both purity and power; aromas of red cherry, rhubarb and raspberry with tremendous tension through the mid-palate, and delicate fine grain tannins through the finish.
Fruit was destemmed, pressed at dryness and aged in 37% new French oak barrels for 8 months.
