Aromas of red currants and cherry drops with citrus rind, lilac and crushed stones. Medium-bodied, fresh and crunchy, with chalky tannins and vivid acidity. Bright, blue-fruited finish.
All fruit was destemmed into various fermentation vessels, approached cap management on a case by case basis, pressed at dryness and aged in barrel for 8 months.
Bethel Heights Vineyard and Justice Vineyard achieved Organic certification in 2021. Lewman Vineyard, acquired three years of probation for Organic certification. All three estate vineyards are certified LIVE, assuring their commitment to continual reduction of off-farm inputs, continual reduction of energy and water consumption, and increasing biodiversity.
