A lighter-bodied Pinot Noir with elegant notes of violets, red fruit and baking spices. Aromas of red cherry, red currant, violets, pomegranate and a palate of strawberry, luxardo cherry, baking spice, loganberry and cranberry.
Hand sorted and 100% destemmed. Aged 18 months in French oak.
