A lovely and rich Pinot Gris with lively notes of nectarine, lemon, peach blossom and Golden Delicious apple with a saline, Fleur de sel finish. Aromas of apricot, hay, lemon, beeswax, Anjou pear, chamomile and peach blossom. Flavors of nectarine, Golden Delicious apple, lime, fleur de sel.
Grapes went straight to press and aged in stainless steel.
Logsdon Ridge vineyard sits on glacial deposit soil, fruit is sourced from vines planted in the late 90s.
