Carboniste 2018 Sparkling 'Corralitos'

The Wine: This is a unique and highly expressive wine growing region due to the very sandy soils and the strong influence of the Monterey Bay. This vintage includes two neighboring vineyards including Deer Park Ranch and the Francis J Vineyard. A sparkling made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, giving flavors of stone fruit and citrus. 12.5% alc. 

The Winemaker: Jacqueline and Dan Person focus on a new style of sparkling wine coming from California, allowing the ample bright fruit in the wines to flourish by keeping things light. They opt for a more relaxed style of sparkling wine meant for everyday enjoyment, using grape varieties like Albariño and Pinot Grigio in their wines.

The Wine: Lonesome Rock is an organically-farmed and certified LIVE sustainable vineyard nestled against the Oregon Coast Range in the Willamette Valley AVA. This is a juicy rosé bursting with intense berry notes and elegant citrus. 11.2% alc.

The Winemaker: Jeanne and Dan started Corollary Wines with the singular mission of exploring the terroir of Oregon's Willamette Valley and its expression in sparkling wine. In 2022, they acquired 57 acres of land in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA where we have been developing one of Oregon’s only vineyards designed from the ground up exclusively for sparkling wines.

Hammerling 2021 Sparkling 'Always For Pleasure'

The Wine: This wine is from 40-year-old vines, dry-farmed, certified organic, grown at 1500 feet above sea level at Massa Estate vineyard in Carmel Valley. A tropical and balanced sparkling wine made from 85% Chenin Blanc and 15% Chardonnay with notes of white nectarine, pear and lemon peel. 12% alc. 

The Winemaker: Josh Hammerling began working in cellars, vineyards and tasting rooms in Washington State in 2014 before developing a fascination with sparkling wine and moving to California to work for Broc Cellars and Donkey and Goat in 2017. Hammerling wines was founded in 2018 with the goal of exploring cool-climate California vineyards along the coast through the lens of low-intervention sparkling. He sources fruit from distinctive, responsibly farmed vineyards.
