Wild raspberry, Bing cherry, touches of baking spice, red florals, medium bodied, excellent spine of acidity and coastal minerality, impressive, seamless.

Hand-harvested, native yeast fermentation. Aged 12 months in 25-30% new French oak and put back into used barrels for an additional 3-6 months.

All sites are both practicing organic & practicing biodynamic.
