Salmon color, mineral and fruity on the nose with berry fruits, fresh and lively on the palate, supple with fine bubbles.
Jean Philippe adds complexity and color to the wine in the traditional way of Champagne by adding 12-13% of still red wine to the blend before aging.
More than 75% of the wine comes from their vineyard in the Coteaux Sud of Epernay, and between 15-25% of reserve wines are used to perpetuate the house style from year to year.
