Structured and mineral with notes of Mediterranean herbs and salinity.

Hand harvested, grapes were softly pressed and underwent spontaneous fermentation on native yeasts in stainless steel for 14 days. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Colle Petruccio farms 8 hectares of vines and olive trees. Located just outside of Grosseto in the Maremma region, the soils are known for being incredibly rocky which gives the grapes produced a unique strength and minerality.
