A fresh and fruity wine, made from grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. The wine has a vivid ruby red color. It has fruity flavors, in particular red fruits. It is dry, soft and full-bodied. The freshness is the main characteristic that gives a very pleasant and easy to drink wine.
Hand-harvested and left to spontaneously ferment with the skins for 15 days in stainless steel, the wine is then aged in stainless steel until bottling.
The vineyards are situated on the hills in Jago (Negrar) at 200 meters above sea level and on high hills in Mazzano on the north side of Negrar at 400 meters. The vines are trained in the classic Pergola Veronese method.
