Wine displays a gracefulness and a linear edge which presents Cabernet Sauvignon in a much different view. Made to be drunk with an appropriate chill, the tannins are just whispers in a wine framed by purity of fruit.
Wine was picked fairly early with a 20-hour maceration before being lightly pressed to barrel. Spontaneous yeast fermented and aged 7 months in neutral barrel. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
Domaine Magdalena is a CCOF Organic and Demeter Certified Biodynamic vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA of Washington State.
