Aromas of fresh terragon, almond, quince and spring fruit tree blossoms lead to a textured, medium-bodied, satisfying wine framed with a hint of salinity and refreshing acidity. 

Gently tread by foot and soaked prior to pressing; fermentation in tank. Elevage in neutral oak barrels and tank. No inoculations or additions apart from minimally effective SO2.

This Vermentino comes from Four Diamonds, a Certified Organic vineyard planted on a pebbly bend in the Applegate River.
