A dry blended rosé with notes of tart tropical fruit and juicy watermelon with a savory finish.
Varieties: 20% Pinot Gris, 20% Cinsault, 8% Cabernet, 52% Thompson Seedless
Vineyards: Herringer Vineyard, Cole Ranch
Watermelon, sweet scarlet grape and a bit of mint. A prickly texture at the roof, slight hint of tart pineapple guava and a finish that has a little savory sensation.
Everything was fermented on the skins for texture and color.
Pinot Gris came from Herringer Vineyard in the Clarksburg AVA and the Cinsault, Cabernet and Tompson Seedless grapes are from Cole Ranch in the Cole Ranch AVA.
