Juicy with good texture at the roof of the mouth, aromatics and flavors are all over the board. Tangerine, apricot, peach, pineberry, chamomile.
Chenin Blanc was food treaded and left on the skins for 6 hours before pressing. Pinot Gris and orange Muscat were both skin fermented.
Chenin Blanc and Pinot Gris came from Herringer Vineyard; Falanghina and Cortese came from Lost Slough Vineyard in Clarksburg.
