Artéis & Co 2004 Champagne Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut
Jean Diot MV Champagne Blanc de Blancs

Corollary 2017 Blanc de Blancs Namaste Vineyard

The Wine: Made from 100% Chardonnay, this sparkling delivers racy intensity with an explosive nose of pineapple, ginger and baking spices with citrus, pomme and baking spice on the palate. Grapes were whole cluster pressed and fermented in neutral oak where it remained for 6 months on the lees before secondary fermentation for a total of 32 months on the lees. 11.7% Alc.

The Winery: Jeanne and Dan founded Corollary Wines with the goal of making sparkling wines that showcase the terroir of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. They work with growers and farmers who are committed to farming sustainably and all their vineyards are herbicide free, and manipulate the wines as little as possible. All of their wines age for a minimum of 9 months in barrel and 30 months on the lees to create wines that are incredibly textured and complex.

Artéis & Co 2004 Champagne Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut

The Wine: Made from 100% Chardonnay, this premier cru wine is complex, round and full-bodied giving floral and elegant fruit notes. Subtle hazelnut and toasted bread characteristics but lively with fine bubbles. 12% Alc.

The Winery: Arteis & Co established their “vintage only” artisanal Champagne label in response to mainstream luxury Champagne brands with the creation of 3 micro-cuvées.

Jean Diot MV Champagne Blanc de Blancs

The Wine: Made from 100% Chardonnay from the coteaux Sud of Epernay, this wine is super fresh and supple with fine bubbles. Aromas of fruit, light flowers, citrus and pear. Aged for a minimum of 36 months in the cellar after bottling. 12% Alc.

The Winery: Founded in 1960 by Jean Diot, the Vinay-based label developed into a family business and was taken over by his children in 1998, who continue to preserve its values and traditions.
