A very enveloping wine. Ruby red in color, fresh with vegetal and fruity aromas, with notes of tobacco and spices, soft, clean and immediate. In the mouth it is persistent, despite being immediate to drink, soft, fresh and clean.
Fermentation is spontaneous through indigenous yeasts only and takes place in stainless steel. Maceration lasts at least 15 days and goes through malolactic fermentation. Wine is bottled unfiltered. Aged 12 months sur lies in concrete.
Coming from 35-year-old, south-facing vines grown up to 300 meters above sea level. The cultivation is biodynamic and organic.
