Golden yellow in color with notes of butter and freshly baled straw.

Hand harvested and basket pressed whole cluster. Spontaneous fermentation in the barrel followed by secondary malolactic fermentation. Aged 11 months on the lees in older Burgundy barrels.

Connor Lee Vineyard, in the Columbia Valley AVA of Central Washington is comprised of Sandy Loam from glacial sediments, located at 1100 ft in elevation on a south facing hillside. Warm days with cool nights are typical to Connor Lee.
