Finely spicy Veltliner nose with hints of chamomile, yellow fruit and ripe pears, peppery-spicy with a balanced acid structure.
Fruit was hand-harvested and went direct-to-press in 100% stainless steel on natural yeasts. Aged 8 months on lees in stainless.
Fruit is sourced from vines that are up to 40 years old on sandy, gravelly soils. Certified organic.
