Lemon zest, red apple skin, marzipan and wet stone. This wine has a rich, glowing fruit profile that speaks to the California sun as much as it does to the lean, mineral driven quality of coastal Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
The wine was fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak. The wines were aged separately for 5 months before bottling for secondary fermentation. Aged 10 months en tirage before being disgorged by hand.
