Juicy with a bit of a savory edge. Craisin, watermelon, rose hip. Fresh, approachable and focused.

50% of grapes were fermented carbonically, while the rest was direct pressed and barrel fermented. It was aged for 11 months in barrel before bottling with minimum effective SO2.

All vineyards were farmed organically. Grenache from Siletto Vineyard, Pinot Noir from Fox Creek Ranch and Gamay from Witters Vineyard.
