Nectarine, meyer lemon zest, orange blossom, bergamot.
Grapes were harvested, settled overnight, fermented in stainless steel. The wine was blended with 25% Riesling from 2018 and aged in barrel for 3 months. It was then tirage-bottled and aged an additional 15 months in bottle before being riddled and disgorged by hand.
