A dry, mineral driven rosé with bright ripe red berry fruit and hints of herbs and cream. Light-to-medium-bodied with medium plus acidity and a long finish.

Light plus to medium-bodied and dry, mineral-driven with bright ripe strawberry and candied cherry, with hints of herbs and cream, medium plus acid and a long, opulent finish.
Direct press and cold racking of the gross lees for 18 to 24 hours. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and concrete vats. Aging in stainless and fiberglass vats on the lees. After malolactic fermentation, a racking is done and 1 gram of SO2 is added per hectoliter. Finally, there is a light filtration.
Hervé Villemade has been working his family’s vines in Cellettes since taking over from his father in 1995. In 2000, Hervé decided to convert the estate to organic viticulture, and in 2001 they became certified organic.
