Fruit was picked in two passes. All the nonbotrytised fruit went in one press load. The botrytised fruit, a tiny fraction of the whole, went into the press on top of the stems of the first pass to extract as much juice as possible, yielding exactly two barrels of 2021 Hunter’s Moon Chenin Blanc. Aged 11 months in neutral French oak.
