Textured, crisp and complex. The faded pink hue of this rosé is a perfect match for the strong aromas of salted peach, stone fruit and grapefruit zest. Designed to be a rosé to drink by itself or to be paired with a wide range of light and spicy dishes.

All varieties were fermented separately then blended. Grapes were destemmed and crushed to separate the juice from the skins. After separation, the juice was allowed to settle for 24 hours. One clear, the juice was racked to neutral barrels where it was allowed to ferment native until dry. Malolactic fermentation was halted and the wine was lees stirred until the desired texture was achieved. Aged 5 months in 100% neutral French oak barrels.

This rosé is sourced from four vineyards; Venturi Vineyard, Foxhill Vineyard, McDowell Valley Vineyard, and Lazzaro Vineyard. All four vineyards are in the extreme edges of Mendocino County. Foxhill is located on the Northern end of Mendocino County and sits on the foothills of the AVA. Each vineyard has its own unique soil type. They range from sandy/rocky to heavy red clay.
