Deep red, burgundy color. Super fresh and elegant red fruits of cherry and raspberry, with a touch of crushed violets, white pepper spice, sandalwood, and smoked meat. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with great finesse, freshness and silkiness combined with a wonderful lush and succulent mid-palate and an elegant long finish.
Grapes were native yeast fermented 25% whole cluster and aged 10 months in 4 and 5-year-old barrels.
