Dark garnet in color with a primary aroma of deep-ripe cherry with melted crayon, camphor, dust, sweet alfalfa and graham. In the mouth, substantial structure and lively acidity delivers full cherry and juicy peach with good grip on a long finish.
Wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel. 100% barrel aged for 18 months, 14% new, 29% one year, 57% three year or older. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
