Light-bodied, mineral and crisp white wine. Notes of orange blossom and stone fruit with green apple for an off-dry wine with medium-high acidity.
Fermented using wild yeasts.
Wasson Vineyard was planted in 1978 in the east valley of Willamette Valley. The site consists of very deep, well-drained soils that formed in colluvium derived from basic igneous rock. Vineyard is dry farmed using sustainable practices.
