A medium-bodied Chardonnay with a palate of citrus and gooseberry fruit and a minerality that shines. A slightly smoky reductive edge gives the wine an attractive vibrancy, yet there is also an easy breadth and depth to the wine that lends volume without any heaviness.
Fermented on native yeasts in 25% new French oak and aged sur lie 19 months, allowing it to finish native malolactic fermentation. Bottle aged for another year prior to its release.
