A wonderfully aromatic, bright and crisp white that pairs perfectly with the first day of sunshine after a long Oregon winter.
Grapes were taken direct to press rather than seeing extended skin contact to mitigate any potential off flavors that may have developed due to the wildfires, then fermented in stainless steel and aged 6 months.
Grapes were grown in calcareous soil and farmed biodynamically.
