Grapes were fermented using exclusively native yeast with 30% whole cluster fermentation. The wine was aged for 11 months in French oak barrels, only 6% of which were new.
Sourced from the Johan Estate Vineyards located in the Van Duzer Corridor AVA of the Willamette Valley in calcareous, sedimentary soils with granite. Johan Estate Vineyard is biodynamically farmed and Demeter certified.
