All components fermented separately, partially carbonic for brightness and all whole cluster adding to the complex spice aromas.
From several risk-taking vineyards dotted abound Northern California. Composed of some very unique, rare varieties: Trousseau, Noir, Cabernet Pfeffer, Valdigué and Gamay.
