Sauvignon Gris is a mutation of Sauvignon Blanc with a pink hue. A dry, medium-bodied white. Earthy, elegant, mineral-rich. Aromatics range from orange blossom, white peach and lime, with subtle nuances of tarragon and lemongrass with a graceful palate and tart acidity.
Gently pressed and naturally fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrels.
Grown in gravelly loam and limestone soils in Paicines, San Benito County.
