A light summer crusher of a red wine made in a fun and irreverent style inspired by many favorite European wines. Lower in tannin and delicious to drink young and slightly chilled. Tart cranberry, summer cherry, dried flowers, garrigue, and earth tones, brimming with acidity and lithe tannins. Soulful yet unpretentious, easy to drink and affordable.
Carbonic maceration lifts aromatics. Whole clusters are sealed into tanks in a CO2 environment forcing the enzymatic process of intercellular fermentation. Then eventually the fruit is foot crushed and finished whole cluster for a short amount of time.
