White teas and flowers on the nose. Flavors of peach, cantaloupe, honeydew melon. Rangpur lime.

Grapes were harvested early and foot stomped for a 3 day whole cluster cold soak. The juice underwent native fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and oak puncheons before elevage in neutral barrique.

Lying southeast of the Napa Valley, the Suisun Valley is home to a variety of grapes originally planted in California’s North Coast. Here the combination of microclimate, alluvial-clay soils, and healthy organic farming allows Pinot Gros to thrive.
