Whole cluster pressed, fermented in neutral oak barrels on lees for 10 months. A slow native primary fermentation and spontaneous complete malolactic fermentation.
Vineyard is planted in Oceano loamy sand. This region is notable for its proximity to the cold deep water canyon in Monterey Bay. 20-year-old vines at 300ft elevation.
