Floral and fragrant aromas. Fresh with a slight minerality. Pairs well with appetizers, fish and white meat.

Direct-to-press. Fermented on ambient yeast. Wine is fined using Bentonite and vegetal proteins and filtered just before bottling. Wine is aged 3-4 months on its lees in stainless steel followed by 2 months in bottle.

Estate-grown fruit. Vineyards are 40 years old and 7 years old. Grassy ground is kept between the rows and tilled by horses. Organically farmed in sandy-loam soils.
