Three distinct Cabernet clones from a single site in Happy Canyon were harvested separately and vinified 100% destemmed. Aged 11 months in neutral barrique, with the three lots being racked together a month before bottling.
Happy Canyon sits on ancient seabed, decomposed granite and clay.
