Cloudberry, Bay Laurel and Sandalwood.
Four sites, harvested and vinified separately. The Edna Valley site was fermented de-stemmed; the Santa Maria Valley site and both Sta. Rita Hills sites were fermented 25% whole-cluster. The wines were aged as single-vineyard lots for 12 months in neutral 59gal barrique, before coming together in tank one moon before bottling.
Grown on volcanic, riverstone and ancient seabed in Edna Valley, Santa Maria Valley and Santa Rita Hills. Vineyards are Certified organic, practicing organic, and sustainable (glyphosate free.)
