This wine is fresh and juicy, with notes of bright crunchy cherry, herbs and spice.
Each of the four sites were vinified and aged separately, and raised in neutral 59gal barrique for 15 months. The individual lots were racked together one moon before bottling. 30% whole cluster.
Fruit is sourced from Foxen Canyon, Ballard Canyon and Sierra Madre mountainscape, composed of ancient seabed, decomposed granite, clay loam and sand. Sites are practicing organic and SIP certified.
