Light lemony gold color with aromas of butter and dried herbs. Medium body and fresh with tart pineapple, ripe pear, nectarine and a creamy leesy texture. Finishes with tangy citrus and hints of roasted hazelnuts.
Whole cluster pressed to tank and barrel fermented in neutral French oak barrels. Bâttonage after primary fermentation and underwent partial malolactic by naturally occurring bacteria before aging 8 months in barrel. Bottled unfined & unfiltered.
CCOF certified organic vineyard in Tierra loam soil.
