This wine has a beautiful floral aromatic complexity.

The Viognier along with a small amount of Riesling (5%) were co-fermented on their skins receiving only gentle pigéage in the cellar daily until dryness. Pressed into neutral French oak barrels, the wine rested there on the lees for 9 months prior to bottling. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered by hand.
