There’s a racy note of lime zest under the notes of pear and apple here. Feels like late summer in a glass on the back patio.

Picked in two passes, 10 days apart. Foot crushed, soaked on skins overnight, pressed to tank, settled for one day in tank, barreled down for native primary and malolactic fermentation and elevage in 225L neutral French oak barrels. Unfined & unfiltered.

From Mendocino County, vines were planted in the early 80s. CCOF certified vineyards.
