Native yeast fermented in a stainless steel pressurized tank, followed by 9 months in bottle. No SO2 added and bottled unfined & unfiltered.
Produced by Poe Wines with fruit coming from Lee Vineyard. Initially planted in 1967 and replanted in the 1990s and early 2000s, the vineyard is sustainably farmed and is currently in the process of converting to organic farming. Haire clay loam soils and exposure to Petaluma wind gap and San Pablo Bay airstreams, creating temperate growing conditions.
